FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: chopping chicken and frying it in melted butter. Potatoes, onions and tomatos are cut and blanched. Carrots are blanched and cut. Basil greens are cut and frosted. The listed components are mixed in oxygen-free conditions with table salt, pepperidge, peppermint and black bitter pepper. Then the obtained blend and bone soup is packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: expansion of arsenal of technical means and dishes for new preserved food production of increased digestibility.
