FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: perform subthreshold continuous infra-red circular laser coagulation. Place the coagulates on meridians in such a manner that from 80 coagulates with 200 microns diameter 6 coagulates are located on hour meridians, 7 coagulates on vertical and horizontal with distance from the centre of foveolar avascular zone to the first 200 micron coagulate. Last eighth coagulate apply on the distance of 2800 nanometers from foveolar avascular zone.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of treatment and decrease of postoperative complications.
