SUBSTANCE: laser applicators in the form of a uniformly distributed lattice are applied over the entire area of macular edema with the following laser exposure parameters: wavelength 577 nm, power 140-325 W, exposure 20-25 ns, duty cycle 10-12%, spot diameter 100 mcm, applicators number 125-475.
EFFECT: method allows to increase the efficiency of treatment, as well as to reduce side complications.
