FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: perform laser coagulation in a filtration point. At first perform testing of coagulate at the patient on the brink of a zone restricted with upper and lower temporal arteries. Thereat, at first the laser works in a continuous regimen, then power is increased gradually depending on pigmentation of an eyeground from 400 to 1800 micron at 100 ms exposition before obtaining of a first degree coagulate. Then switch the laser in a micropulsed operation, enlarge exposition to 1000 ms, leave the power without changes, the microimpulse running cycle is established by 5% of duration of all impulse, diameter of maculae is established by 125 microns. After apply 50 coagulates.

EFFECT: decrease of damaging phototoxic influence of laser radiation on retina, possibility of carrying out of an intervention in a foveolar zone without damage of a neurosensory layer of retina, reduction of number of postoperative complications and improvement of operation quality.
