FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device contains the case parted on an axis with parts executed with bond possibility to each other. The rod (5) executed with possibility of axial movement is guided in the first part (2) of the case. The rod is executed with possibility to be inserted into the force accumulator (6) and to be blocked in the inserted position, and to be put forward at remission of the accumulator (6). The syringe needle (15) fixed in the referring (14) needle and the ampoule (13) are established in the second part (3) of the case with possibility of axial movement against each other. The side of the needle (15) which is turned to an ampoule (13), is executed as a punching detail for an ampoule (13). The ampoule (13) extremity turned to a needle (15), is established in the bush (16) fixed in the second part (3) of the case. Internal diameter of the bush in essence corresponds to external diameter of the ampoule (13). On an internal surface of the bush (16) prominences passing radially inside (17) are executed. The bush (16) contains the blocking elements interacting with blocking elements (20) of referring (14) needle due to what axial movement of an ampoule (13) in a direction of the referring (14) needle, overcoming the resistance rendered by prominences (17), leads to remission of blocking elements (20) and to possibility of axial movement of the referring (14) needle.

EFFECT: exception of decompression of an ampoule as a result of a casual push or other mechanical blow.
