FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to machine building and may be used in aircraft building and other engineering fields in manufacture of shells from composite materials, on which units, pipelines and actuating elements of control system are installed. Method for formation of power rib on shell from composite materials includes winding of cords or tapes impregnated with binder in place of rib location to get required height of rib with further thermal treatment of produced packet and openings in it. In place of rib location annular supports are installed at the distance from each other equal to rib width and with height of not below height of formed rib. Between annular supports cords or tapes are wound till they reach border of openings location. Pins are installed in annular supports with diametre equal to diametre of openings, between pins cloth segments are laid with thickness equal to diametre of openings. Rib is wound to get required height, and after achievement of specified height and thermal treatment pins and annular supports are removed.

EFFECT: increased reliability of rib operation is achieved.
