FIELD: physics; measurements.
SUBSTANCE: proposed jet flow sensor has an orifice with stream lined body, between which and the case of the sensor, a channel is formed, which has a neck. The sensor also has frequency jet converter with fluidic switches, joined in succession depending on the negative feedback type. An output air-to-electric signal switch is connected to one of the fluidic switches. The inlet nozzles of the switches are joined to the input of the sensor through the feed channel and the input of the orifice. The drain cavities of the switches are joined to the neck of the orifice, while the output of the orifice is joined to the output of the sensor. The frequency jet converter is put into the stream lined body, in which there is an inlet opening of the feed channel, which is in form of slits or a slit, which joins the drainage channels of the switches to the neck.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measuring flow rate in a wide temperature range.
