FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electronics and may be used in microelectronic systems of analog signals processing and conversion of analog information ot digital one, in particular, in development of fast-acting analog-digital converters (ADC). ADC contains M-discharge ADC1 with subsequent resistive divider and M-discharge digital-analog converter (DAC), which are connected to reference source of Vref with cophased level of Vcm, device of selection and storage of difference signal of ADC inlet and output voltage of DAC with amplification ratio F and ADC2 with differential reference voltage Vref2 that is less than Vref. M-discharge DAC includes two grups of switches that commute to DAC differential outlets the selected pair of symmetrically arranged taps of subsequent resistive divider, output voltages of selection and storage device (SSD) and differential reference voltage of DAC2 have cophased level of Vcm2, and Vref2 is equal to F·Vref/2M-1, at that F does not exceed 2.
EFFECT: increase of fast-action, lower conversion error and reduction of power consumed by fast-acting ADC, and also reduction of ADC crystal area.
