FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: during teaching loads performance show single sound stimulus with casually varying intersignal interval. Register the latent periods of simple audiomotor reaction (LP SAR) and distribute them in ranges: K1 0.15-0.25 sec, K2-0.251-1.0 sec and K3 - from above 1 sec. Calculate time of stay of the pupil on LP SAR in each of the specified ranges. On time K1 define findings of the pupil in a condition of low cognitive strain (CS), on K2 - average CS, K3 - high CS, caused by teaching loads. Show a single sound stimulus with 1.6-2.4 sec intersignal interval.
EFFECT: allows raising reliability of an estimation of level of CNS activation.
