SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an automatic evaluation system of information and communication competence of a student. System comprises a system for developing test tasks, comprising a server, interacting through a system for delivering the test to a test-taker, which is channels and flash drives, with a system for presenting a test case to a test-taker, comprising a computer interacting with a test result processing system, comprising a server, as well as a library of test tasks, test results, questionnaires and answers to questions of the questionnaire, which is a database associated with all said systems.
EFFECT: technical result is improved accuracy and reliability of the evaluation of the results of testing information and communication competence of students.
