FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: tip contains the top part which enters into a head of the tip with a counter angle. A lateral flat section and a ring flute are executed in the top part. The flat section is intended for instrument reduction in rotary movement. The ring flute is intended for instrument holdup in an axial direction. The holder, into which the caudal fixing part of the instrument is inserted, contains the cross-section milled cavity. The cavity axis is displaced in relation to a longitudinal axis of a holder, executed in a trailer part of this holder and opens in a longitudinal boring. The width of the milled cavity allows to provide introduction of a caudal fixing part of the instrument so that, from one side, the lateral flat section of this caudal fixing part was in contact with the wall of the milled cavity nearest to the mentioned longitudinal axis to realise bond at rotary movement, and on the other hand, the ledge of a lateral flat section of this caudal fixing part entered into persistent contact to a ground part of the longitudinal boring holder to realise function of an axial emphasis in a direction of introduction of this instrument.
EFFECT: simple in realisation device for holdup of the stomatologic instrument is capable to maintain or transfer the appreciable moments of forces, provides high fastness to influence of efforts of an axial extraction of the instrument.
