FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry. Device for connecting dental instrument contains case, inside which drive unit and/or elements of motion transmission are placed, spindle head (chuck), axis which has possibility to rotate, connecting spring and press button. Axis represents axis with through central hole for instrument chuck and is made with possibility of gearing with hand holder elements of motion transmission. On hollow axis, perpendicular to its central geometric axis gear is installed. Gear is made with possibility of gearing with hand holder elements of motion transmission. Connecting spring is made in form of ring. Ring is installed round hollow axis and is extended from the same side with two or many elastic grips. Each grip contains protrusion and can be in state of rest, in which protrusion enters ring slot. Ring slot is made in instrument chuck. Press button as cap contains central conic press head. Head, when user presses press button in instrument direction, moves grips of connecting spring in radial direction with its external inclined surface in order to release protrusions from ring slot of instrument. From one side of gear hollow axis is extended with cylindrical bush. Bush is made with possibility of interaction with ball bearing or with plain bearing from other side of gear. Hollow axis contains cylindrical part. Cylindrical part adjoins gear and is extended with central part. On upper and central parts hollow axis contains at least one cut. Cut passes in diametrical direction through upper part and central opening and opens outside from each side. Cut is extended downward with two cutouts. Cutouts open outside along all width and have the same width as cut. Bottom of cutouts has concave arc-like profile. Each spring grip contains central segment. Segment is made with inclination towards central axis and ends with other segment, placed parallel to axis. Each of segments ends with internal inclined surface with angle of inclination (a).
EFFECT: there is created device of instrument connection with driving organs of dental hand holder chuck without application of special devices, by means of simple spring system.
