FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has working part 2 and handle 3 at the end opposite to working part 2. Handle 3 has driving rotation unit 4 directly engageable with driving rotation unit of dental drilling machine end piece head, when installed in head 5 of the dental drilling machine end piece. Driving rotation unit 4 is pullable inside independently of driving rotation unit of dental drilling machine end piece head. Driving rotation unit 4 is designed as gear engageable with driving gear in casing 6 of the counter-angle end piece. Head 5 is movable when placed under the handle for setting dental instrument. The counter-angle end piece has means for axially holding instrument handle. Dental drilling machine end piece head and dental instruments distributor are also described.
EFFECT: avoided working part soiling and injuring doctor.
