FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: heated floor includes reinforced concrete base installed on the ground and waterproof material placed above the base. 25-30 mm thick sand layer is put above water-proof material. Foam-concrete blocks are installed above sand layer so that to ensure gaps between them with regard to each other. Gaps are filled with sand. Heat insulation is put on foam-concrete blocks. Heat insulation density is 50-200kg/m3, thickness is no more than 50 mm under no-load condition. Metal lath, tubular heating elements arranged in zigzag form and fixed to metal lath, reinforced underlayment and floor finishing elements are laid down in series above heat insulation. Besides, underlayment is made of coarse-grained sand grout at the thickness derived from formula a≥3b, where a - underlayment thickness, b - diameter of heating element pipes.
EFFECT: improved effectiveness of heat utilisation and reduction of floor construction costs.
