FIELD: rail vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and can be used in construction, reconstruction and operation of railways, in particular, tram tracks or subway tracks. Tram track structure with top coating of asphalt concrete comprises pit with width 6.0–8.5 m, height 0.6–0.7 m, a layer of construction sand with thickness of not less than 0.1 m, laid on the bottom of the pit, on top of which there is a crushed stone ballast layer with thickness of 0.18 m, on which pre-stressed reinforced concrete sleepers are laid, which are connected to rails by elastic fasteners. Sleepers are made in the form of longitudinal reinforced concrete bar of variable cross-section containing at least 12 reinforcing steel cold-deformed wires arranged in four vertical rows. Near-rail profiles are installed in rails slots. Between rails on sides of near-rail sections fine fraction crushed stone with height of 0.07 m is laid, on top of which a layer of coarse-grained asphalt concrete is laid, on top of which a layer of crushed stone-mastic asphalt concrete with height of 0.05 m is laid.
EFFECT: invention improves damping properties of track, reduces noise and vibration loads and increases track reliability as a whole.
