FIELD: radio communication.
SUBSTANCE: device for modulation of amplitude and phase of radio frequency signals contains source of radio frequency signals, controlled element, which is connected to source of low-frequency controlling signal, quadripole made of resistive dipoles, load for pass amplitude and phase-modulated radio frequency signals with complex conductivities, controlled element is made in the form of three-pole controlled element, at that parameters of resistive dipoles are selected based on conditions of provision of required values of amplification ratios, ratios of modules and phase differences of modulator transfer coefficient in two conditions of three-pole controlled element, which are determined with two extreme levels of low-frequency controlling signal and are selected in compliance with preset mathematical expressions.
EFFECT: provision of manipulation of amplitude and phase; amplification of pass signal amplitude.
