SUBSTANCE: complex food supplement contains the following components, wt %: lactic acid - 2.4-19.5; potassium lactate - 1.0-2.3; sodium lactate - 43.0-57.3; potassium iodide - 0.0045-0.045 and the remaining part of water.
EFFECT: increased antimicrobial and antioxygenic properties, improvement of technologic and organoleptic parameters of the products vitaminised by this supplement.
