FIELD: food processing.
SUBSTANCE: mutton, horse meat and chicken are cut and seared in tallow drippings. Onions are cut and sauted in tallow drippings. Potatoes, paprika and tomatoes are cut and parboiled. Carrots are cut and parboiled, dill is cut and frozen, and the above-mentioned components are mixed with salt, black pepper avoiding access of oxygen. The mixture and meat and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility comparing with similar dish.
