FIELD: food processing.
SUBSTANCE: potatoes, carrots and parsley root are grated and sauted in melted butter. Onions are cut and parboiled, sorrel and parsley are cut and frozen, and beef hearts are chopped. The above-mentioned components are mixed with hen's eggs, salt, black pepper and laurel leaf avoiding access of oxygen. The mixture and drinking water are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility comparing with similar dish.
