SUBSTANCE: method comprises cutting, parboiling and chopping of potatoes and onions with the help of grinding machine, chopping of cooked sausage with grinding machine, freezing and chopping of fresh green peas with grinding machine, mixing of the above-mentioned components, meat and bone broth, salt and CO2-extract from biomass of the certain type of micromycete and black pepper, packing of the mixture into aluminum tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility comparing with similar dish.
