SUBSTANCE: method of cans' production comprises mixing of wheat flour, hen's eggs, drinking water and salt to prepare dough, moulding, rolling and cutting of dough to make noodles, cutting and parboiling of potatoes and onions, parboiling and cutting of carrots, cutting and freezing of basilica, chopping of chicken, mixing of potatoes, onions, carrots, chicken, basilica, salt, green tea, peppermint, black pepper and laurel leaf avoiding access of oxygen, packing of noodles, the mixture, meat and bone broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility comparing with similar dish.
