SUBSTANCE: questioning with a mark estimation with the use of the following questions is carried out: "you": male - 2 points, female - 1 point; "The reason of your hospitalisation was": absence of effect from treatment in the out-patient department - 1 point, persistent recomendations of the attending physician or "pressing" from relatives/friends - 2.5 points, check-up before medical-social examination - 2.5 points; "The quality of medical care in hospital": has coincided with my representation about how it should be - 2.5 points, better than I expected - 2.5, worse than I expected - 1 point; "If you had an opportunity to make a medical care in hospital better, you would": there is an answer - 1 point, no answer - 2 points; "During your stay in hospital you felt more": safe - 2 points, anxious - 0.5 points, boring - 0.5 points; "During hospitalisation you have spent money mainly on": purchase of food - 2.5 points, purchase of medicines and means of medical care rendering - 1 point, payment of additional medical services - 2.5 points; "Observing the actions of the doctor, you understood, that his efforts": have been referred precisely to the purpose - 2 points, looked like "shooting from the gun to sparrows" - 1 point; "Productivity of treatment expressed in percent in your opinion is within the limits of": 0-33%, 33-66% - 1 point, 66-99% - 2 points; "after the discharge from hospital you feel about your future life": safe - 2 points, anxious - 1 point; "your impression about the quality of service rendering in hospital you": didn't share with anyone - 2 points, shared with your relatives, friends or roommate patients - 1 point. The points received during questioning are summarized. The conclusion about the effective treatment is made considering the choice of the answer: "lack of treatment effect in an out-patient department" to the question about the reason of your hospitalisation, and the score of 18.5 points and above received as the result of questioning.
EFFECT: fast and exact estimation of treatment quality in units of the therapeutic hospital, comparison of results of each unit and therapeutic units of various hospitals and work of different doctors receiving the perentage of treatment quality efficiency.
