FIELD: medical technics.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of cuffs with gauges for the control of completeness of vessels pressing. The device also has the basis, two identical vertical and cross-section racks, screws for fastening the cross-section racks, a short-time switch, elastic compression stockinet, the bush and a rod with pressure abutment having a rubber pillow. The basis is made with grooves for vertical racks for adjustment of distance between vertical racks, and the latter are fastened in grooves with nuts. The rod is located in the lumen of the bush. Racks can move aside, upwards and downwards and rotate around of the bush. Racks have rough divisions for an establishment of locations and power of pressure upon vessels.
EFFECT: improvement of operative treatment results of surgical and urological patients by deep vein thrombosis prophylaxis of the bottom limbs and pelvis and tromboembolic complications.
