FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gynecology. Under control of the laparoscope, varicose veins are revealed, on which soft clamps are placed at a distance of 1 cm from each other for 2–3 minutes. Selected site of the vein is punctured, 1.0 ml of blood is evacuated from it and a similar volume of phlebosclerosant is injected into the “empty” vessel. Endo-thermocauter, heated to 60 °C, for 30–60 sec heat treatment of the outer surface of the sclerosed site of the vein, after which the clamps are removed.
EFFECT: method allows to achieve a dilated vein compression, increase speed and reduce the time of scleroobliteration, to reduce amount of sclerosant injected into the lumen of the vein, ensure absence of recanalization of obliterated veins in the long-term postoperative period, which increases the effectiveness of treatment.
