The tape goes through the basic part, and the basic part of the device is made in the form of elastic hemisphere. The metal ball-shaped element adjoins the equatorial surface center of the elastic hemisphere . The metal ball-shaped element is made for deformation and adaptation of the basic part to fistula walls and attached to the tape end.

EFFECT: improvement of tightness and prevention of device shift.
