FIELD: medical technics.
SUBSTANCE: device for tracheoesophageal fistula treatment includes the basic part from spongiform material and tape. The tape goes through the basic part, and the basic part of the device is made in the form of elastic hemisphere. The metal ball-shaped element adjoins the equatorial surface center of the elastic hemisphere . The metal ball-shaped element is made for deformation and adaptation of the basic part to fistula walls and attached to the tape end.
EFFECT: improvement of tightness and prevention of device shift.
