FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device for liquid or viscous matter extrusion includes: body, part, deigned for matter holding, and equipped with nozzle to extrude the matter; operating drum, equipped with toothing, which moves in opening, passing through the body, and changes volume of matter holding part; and gear for operating drum transposition, fixed on the body. Operating drum transposition gear comprises: hinge lever, effecting on operating drum teeth via hinged latch, hingely fixed on the lever, which can be returned to contact with operation drum position; and latch, which can be returned to contact with operation drum position and opposes to operation drum return back, when operator relieves the force applied to the lever. The lever is fixed to the body with joint that can be displaced.

EFFECT: simplicity in design, ease of disassembling and cleaning.
