FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to conveyer building, namely to inclined conveyers with suspended belt. In inclined conveyer every free end of rope is fixed on stand that is hingedly installed on the frame with the possibility of turn in vertical plane that is oriented in direction of belt motion. Stand in the top and bottom part is arranged with elements that protrude to the side of belt weight-carrying branch movement. Rope is fixed to top element. The top element is arranged in the form of two-arm lever, the free end of which is installed with the possibility of its support against the frame. In initial position the top and bottom elements are oriented horizontally, and stand part that connects them is inclined to the side of belt weight-carrying branch movement. Stand hinge is located with displacement to the side of belt weight-carrying branch movement in respect to vertical line that passes through the point of rope fixing to the stand. On the top element of stand counterweight is installed with the possibility of displacement in respect to this element, and the weight of counterweight is selected based on condition of torque provision that exceeds torque of opposite sign created by stand weight in respect to hinge. Parameters of catching devices are selected based on the following ratio of sinα [l sinβ+(b-a)]+(1-cosα)[l+(b-a)sinβ]≥h, where α - angle of deviation from vertical line of stand middle portion, degrees; l - length of stand middle part, m; β - angle of conveyer tilt in the area of catching device installation, degrees; a, b - length of bottom and top elements of stand, m; h - value of belt sagging with the rope in the moment of belt catching, m.

EFFECT: reliable catching of conveyer belt after its rupture with minimum values of braking distance and dynamic loads on elements of catching devices, with increased pitch of their location along conveyer length.
