FIELD: conveyer making.

SUBSTANCE: conveyer consists of an infinitely closed belt in the vertical plane, forming an upper load-carrying and a lower non-working branch, support elements for the belt. Under the load-carrying branch of the belt there are flexible elements, with minimum clearances relative the belt, during normal operation of the conveyer. There are extra flexible elements made from steel ropes under the non-working branch of the belt, with minimum clearances relative the belt during normal operation of the conveyer. The elements are located at equal distance from each other along the length of the conveyer. The ends of the elements on the load-carrying and non-working branches are fixed to the ends of the corresponding horizontal upper and lower levers using clamps. The upper levers are fixed in the upper parts of the vertical posts. The lower levers are fixed on the lower ends of links, which are joined to posts through hinges. The hinges are installed with provision for rotation of the links in the vertical plane, parallel to the longitudinal axis of the conveyer. The middle part of the posts is joined to cranks, symmetrically arranged relative the longitudinal axis of the conveyer and oriented in the direction of the belt in its initial position. Each crank is installed with provision for rotation about the vertical axis, located inside the support arm frames of the conveyer, on which the support is fixed.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of catching a broken belt due to reduction in the time of actuation of the catching devices.
