FIELD: medicine; pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to examination and analysis of interaction between pharmaceutical preparations and living cell cultures, using scanning optical confocal microscopy, particularly to examination of entry, accumulation and distribution pharmacocytokinetics of fluorescent dye marked pharmaceutical in living cells. Applied result consists in widening field of utilisation, and is achieved by the method proposed, based on vital confocal cells scanning, treated with the pharmaceutical, accompanied with metabolic changes dynamics analysis and living cells structure condition, affected by the pharmaceutical taken in and distributed.
EFFECT: widening field of utilisation.
