FIELD: pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to method of producing hybrid microcapsules for drug delivery, during which calcium carbonate particles are obtained, on which a polymer shell is applied, after which an active substance is added to the particles, characterized by that a coating of polyarginine and dextran sulphate layers is applied, wherein the active substance is applied to at least one of the coating layers, besides, glutathione is deposited on at least one of the coating layers, then calcium carbonate nuclei are dissolved, wherein the active substance used is RNA molecules.
EFFECT: present invention reduces the concentration of reactive oxygen species in the obtained microcapsules.
