FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for studying pharmacokinetics of photosensitisers on small laboratory animals. Study of photosensitisers is ensured by modelling a tumour in experimental animal, introduction of photosensitiser, fluorescence analysis of accumulation thereof in tumour. Thus as a tumour model, cervical carcinoma or Lewis lung carcinoma is used provided the absence of visible necroses in carcinoma. Tumour is engrafted in any part of body, except for abdominal cavity and spinal column. Fluorescence is recorded by diffuse fluorescent tomography with using a device wherein a source and a receiver are integrated in "transparent" configuration.
EFFECT: invention allows for life-time and noninvasive studying selectivity of accumulation of photosensitisers of various chemical natures in tumour tissue and obtaining data on their diagnostic and pharmacokinetic characteristics based on fluorescence analysis of the whole tumour.
