FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction and withdrawal of products from chamber through sealing units with application of elastic sealing materials in them, which are sent to sealing units, and as they are worn out, wastes are removed from sealing units, from lengthy metal items and vacuum chambers, at that in process of lengthy metal products transport through vacuum chamber and sealing units, mechanical oscillations are imposed on products and/or sealing units along direction of products motion. Mechanical oscillations are imposed on lengthy object along direction of its motion or on sealing unit along motion of lengthy object, or separately on lengthy object and sealing unit along motion of lengthy object.
EFFECT: expansion of technological resources, higher efficiency of their processing and significant increase of overhaul period of sealing units operation.
