FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: moist charge is fed to pelletiser dish, it is implemented charge pelletising with formation of pellet layer. On pellet layer it is installed flexible elastic strip and layer is treated by air-charge stream, oriented to surface of elastic strip. On surface of elastic strip, directed to air-charge stream, it is installed ribbed grating in the form of square or rectangular cells, rigidly bound to strip, and it is formed on it by means of air-charge stream layer of moist charge by height 20-200 mm, functioning as cantledge.
EFFECT: pellet hardening and increase of pelletizer productivity.
