FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: at bottom of pelletiser it is formed initial wall accretion, second wall accretion and dense bed of moist charge, sputtered on the second wall accretion of gaseous-moist-charge stream. Second wall accretion and dense bed of moist charge are separated for nucleus in the form of moist charge briquette, it is cleaned initial wall accretion from nucleus and afterpelleted up to pellets. Separation of second wall accretion and dense bed of moist charge is implemented originally by its cutting in driving direction of bottom by plating of longitudinal circumferential incision on the surface of dense bed and second wall accretion by divisor. After it dense bed of moist charge and second wall accretion are separated crosswise of bottom driving direction by plating of transverse sections on surface of dense bed and second wall accretion by crosscut divisors, implemented in the form of webbing, installed on surface of free-hanging rotating barrel, receiving rotation from dense bed of moist charge and second wall accretion. Additionally cleaning of initial wall accretion from nucleus is implemented by mentioned above barrel.
EFFECT: productivity gain of pelletiser and reduction of pellets moisture.
