FIELD: physics; measurement.

SUBSTANCE: application: for solution confinement in ring carrier holder at X-ray fluorescence analysis. Substance: implies that solution is mounted in the centre of the carrier and dried up to filming effect, thus preliminary central hole of the carrier is blanked off from below with the stopper with electric charge generated similar to that of analysed solution. In the middle of the disk analysed solution is mounted on the stopper, dried up to filming effect. Then before analysis the stopper is removed.

EFFECT: higher validation at X-ray fluorescence analysis due to analysis of sufficient solution with broad beam, and higher radiation safety due to lower radiation intensity.
