In the method the precipitate of the immune complexes from whey of blood of the person is prepared in a 7% solution PEG 6000 using incubation of whey within 20 minutes at a room temperature. The complement deflexion test is performed with a 0.3% complement of a porpoise and is used as the standard the soluble immune complexes prepared from whey of blood of the person.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy of quantitative definition of circulating immune complexes in whey of blood and a possibility to carry out researches of patogenesis the diseases accompanied by accumulation of immune complexes in bodies and fabrics, leading system and organ pathologies.
