FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns experimental medicine, namely to experimental toxicology and pharmacology, and can be used for modelling chronic toxic hepatopathy. For this purpose an experimental animal enter a 50% solution of 2,4-dichlorophenol on an olive oil through a probe into a stomach daily unitary within three weeks in a dose of 5 mg on 100 g of a body weight.
EFFECT: maintenance of adequate reproducibility of model and possibility to study the given pathology of liver in dynamics of development.
