Then, for 30 days, a 40% ethanol solution at a dose of 3 g/kg is intragastrically administered for 30 days, and at the same time an alcohol dehydrogenase inhibitor, an isovaleric acid amide solution, at a dose of 500 mg/kg of animal weight, where 50 mg of isovaleric acid amide is accounted for per 0.9 ml solution unit.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in reproducibility, is convenient for carrying out on animals and is economically profitable.
