FIELD: medicine; veterinary.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for simulation of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis. For this purpose, laboratory rats are used. Method involves introducing with animal fodder of 90 days 5 g of melted beef fat. Starting from day 60 of simulation, additionally performing intramuscular injections of tetracycline in dosage of 100 mg/kg once a day for 10 days.
