FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental pathophysiology, and can be used for simulating acute liver disease in pregnant women. For this purpose, pregnant female rats are administered intraperitoneally with tyloxapol water solution in dose of 300 mg/kg daily for four days from 15 to 18-th days of pregnancy.
