FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: simulating a chronic toxic liver involvement is ensured by the 50-day per os administration of 10% formalin (CH2O) into male rats every second day at 0.2 ml per 100 g of animal's body weight with using a syringe.
EFFECT: developing a model described by a simulation length and clinical pattern pathogenetically close to the clinical course of the chronic liver process, which is ensured by propagation of the structural and functional hepatic cell changes under the action of the administered chemical substance.
