SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to device for recoding images and method of processing the recorded images, and can be used in camera which uses a CMOS type solid-state image recording element. The proposed device comprises image recording medium with recording surface, consisting of pixels arranged in matrix, meant for output of the image formed on the recording surface. The device also has motion detecting apparatus, meant for detecting displacement values after recording image in each unit, where the recording surface is divided horizontally and/or vertically, control apparatus, meant for controlling exposure time of the recording medium in each unit, based on the detection result, obtained from the motion detecting apparatus, and signal level correction apparatus, designed for correcting and outputting from each unit, the signal level from recording the image, which varies in accordance with exposure time control.
EFFECT: improved quality of recorded image.
