SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a solid-state image forming devices. The result is achieved due to that the solid-state image forming device includes a colour filter module located on a pixel array module which includes pixels arranged two-dimensionally in the form of a matrix, and a conversion processing module located on a substrate on which the pixel array module is located. The colour filter module has a colour arrangement, wherein a colour used as a primary component of a brightness signal is arranged in the form of a chessboard structure and a plurality of colours used as colour information components are located in the other region of the chessboard structure. The conversion processing module converts signals output from pixels of the pixel array module, and which correspond to the colour arrangement of the colour filter module, into signals which correspond to a Bayer arrangement, and outputs said converted signals.
EFFECT: high sensitivity of the solid-state image forming device.
