SUBSTANCE: cans are manufactured by cutting and frying mutton in melted butter, cutting and sauteeing onions in melted butter, cutting and freezing parsley, boiling chickpeas and lentil up to double increase in mass, mixing the above components without oxygen access with lemon juice, tomato paste, table salt, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, sweet red paprica, hot black pepper and saffron, packing the obtained mix and bone broth, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: increased digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
