SUBSTANCE: method of cans manufacturing involves cutting and sauteeing onions in melted butter, cutting and blanching cherry plums, cutting and freezing cilantro, boiling rice and peas up to double increase in mass, cutting chicken meat, mixing the above components without oxygen access with table salt, saffron and peppermint, packing the obtained mix and bone broth, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new cans of increased digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
