FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the food industry, namely to production of preserved first-course dish concentrates. Tinned food is produced by raw onions cutting and browning in melted butter; dried cherry plums cutting and blanching; coriander leaves cutting and frosting; boiling the ground rice and peas till twofold mass increase; chicken cutting, mixing the said components at the oxygen-free conditions with salt, saffron and mint; packing the produced mixture and the bony broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: production of canned food with increased digestibility.
