FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.
SUBSTANCE: intravenously administer FS of chlorine family in a dose of weight of 0.8-1 mg/kg. One hour prior to transpupillary laser irradiation enter driply 50% of all doses within 10 minutes. The remained 50% of a dose administer 10 minutes prior to irradiation. Then transpupillary irradiate all surface of angiomatous formation with laser radiation concentrically from the centre to periphery. Energy density at irradiation totals 100-120 J/cm2 in the centre on one field and 50-80 J/cm2 on periphery. Irradiation is spent with overlapping of the next fields on 15-20% of the area. For the second day intravitreal enter antiangiogenic preparations: avastine - 1.25 mg or Kenalogum - 4 mg.
EFFECT: full resorption of angiomatous formation, prevention of relapses in the remote postoperative period.
