FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes fabrication of a mould, applying cobalt aluminate particles onto the mould surface, heating the mould, casting alloy into the mould, and crystallizing the alloy to form a feather, a box of the locking flange, a shank of the blade and shrinker. To form the feather and the box of the blade locking flange, the melt with a temperature of 50-80°C above the alloy liquidus temperature is first poured into the mould, and then the melt with a temperature equal to the alloy liquidus temperature or 1-15°C higher is poured to form the blade shank and shrinker.
EFFECT: obtaining dense fine-grained structure of metal in both a thin-walled feather and a massive blade shank.
