FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to production practice of oxide-based multicomponent ceramic materials specifically piezoceramic, ferrite and dielectric with specific electrophysical and operational characteristics. Pelletised initial batch of oxide material is continuously vertically introduced into reaction chamber heated to oxide materials synthesis temperature. Batch pellets are delivered through leading cylinder, concentrated and uniformly layered on rotating working surface of transport disk. At the same time formed pellet layer is exposed to isothermal curing, cutting and removal of synthesised oxide material with rotating disk cutter beyond reaction chamber. Peak operating temperature is 1300°C. Plant for method implementation is described.
EFFECT: reduced time of continuous solid-phased synthesis of oxide materials.
