FIELD: molecular biology; gene engineering; medicine; devices for synthesis of the oligo(poly)nucleotides.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices intended for synthesis of the fragments of the molecules of DNA in the automatic mode and may be used in molecular biology, gene engineering and medicine. The apparatus includes: the reaction chamber, in which there are the reaction cells and the tool for the chemical reactants feeding into the reaction cells containing the feeding elements; the containers with the chemical reactants made with the possibility to accommodate the feeding elements in them; the manipulator made with the capability of connection to it of the feeding elements and filling them with the chemical reactants and removal from them of the named chemical reactants. At that the manipulator, the containers with the chemical reactants and the reaction cells are installed with the possibility of changing of their mutual spatial positions. The apparatus allows to realize the synthesis of the different structure oligo(poly)nucleotides simultaneously, to reduce duration of the synthesis cycle and to reduce the total duration of the synthesis process.

EFFECT: the invention ensures realization of the synthesis of the oligo(poly)nucleotides of the different structure simultaneously, reduction of the synthesis cycle duration and reduction of the total duration of the synthesis process.
